The IKT is a neutral, independent and non-profit research institute with fields of activity in practice-oriented research, construction supervision, material testing and flow measurement, network organization, further training, consulting and expert opinions as well as comparative product tests. Such a product test has now taken place for rehabilitation methods for wastewater pressure pipes - class A liners - at the IKT under model conditions.

Together with Wavin as the pipe manufacturer and its Compact Pipe® system, DIRINGER & SCHEIDEL Druckrohrtechnik as a proven system user accepted the challenge. The two companies had prepared themselves very well in advance for this multi-part and demanding test, especially with regard to the positioning and storage of the required equipment, so that the pulling-in of the Compact Pipe® in this model above-ground pipeline was successful.

We are very pleased that, together with Wavin, we were able to achieve the top grade of 1.8.
