The employees from the previous division have all transferred to the new company and continue to work from their previous locations. The managing directors of the new DIRINGER & SCHEIDEL Druckrohrtechnik GmbH & Co. KG are Martin Frey as the operational head of the company, and Richard Mohr and Jürgen König, both of whom are also members of the management of D&S Rohrsanierung. 
Our D&S Rohrsanierung has been one of the market leaders in Germany for many years. In the trenchless rehabilitation in all procedures it has a know-how grown in decades and can refer to many successfully accomplished rehabilitation measures also in the pressure pipe range. This know-how will now be bundled and continuously developed in the new company.
